Why Your Faith Fails In Time Of Trouble

There are so many reasons why our Faith can fail in time of trouble but the major reason is the lack of spiritual understanding.

Fear of the unknown, fear of the unseen, fear of the past, fear of the present and fear of the future. Fear is as a result of the lack of spiritual understanding.

When the disciples of Christ were faced with a terrible storm, the waves were so troubled that the waters began to enter the boat, and the Lord Jesus was fast asleep in the boat they cried out in fear for help and said master don't you care that we perish? 

But when Christ arose from sleep, he said to the wind "Peace!" and to the waters he said "Be Still!". And there was a great calm. You can see that Christ took charge of the situation by speaking to the situation not by speaking about it. 


The disciples spoke about it but Christ spoke to it. That is the big difference right there. Don't just speak about your troubled waters, speak to it. Don't just speak about the storms of life, speak to it. Don't just speak about the pain or trouble in your body, mind, or heart, speak to it. Speak with the authority in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. 

That name has the power of God backing it up. Put that name on your lips and speak to that problem in your life. Tell it to go in the name of Jesus and keep saying to it that you trouble you are gone. You are gone. And keep giving thanks to God for it. And before long you will experience a sudden change and calmness.

All things are possible with faith in the name of JESUS. Fix your gaze on the power of God not on the present situation you are faced with. The same power that calmed the storm is available in the mighty name of JESUS. 

The Lord will calm every storm and troubled Waters in your life in the mighty name of JESUS. The Lord save you from sinking into the troubled waters of life. You will live to declare the goodness of the Lord. Your life is for the glory of God. No devil can touch your life. 

You are safe and secure in Christ Jesus. His name has power. Many of us are yet to understand how to put the power in that name to work. We are looking at the circumstances of life before embracing the expected change. Sometimes it may not even look like a change is taking place but keep speaking to it in the name of JESUS regardless and the change will surely appear.
